All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping cart are not guaranteed available and may be purchased by other customers. Chainless Brain offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our suppliers (for retail and manufactured items). Occasionally our shipments from suppliers may be delayed. Consequently you may also have to wait to receive your purchase. The confirmation email sent to you upon payment places you in priority to receive these delayed items. Alternatively, you may email us to request for a notification upon the arrival of selected merchandise not held in stock.
If your selected merchandise is no longer available, we will notify you by email and refund your payment to your credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds will be made within 30 working days of your selected merchandise becoming unavailable. All refunds will be made as soon as possible.
Payment with ATM Transfer
Payments by ATM transfer are to be accompanied by a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt and emailed to us together with your payment details to email@example.com.
ATM transfers without a clear snapshot of the receipt will be treated as null.
Chainless Brain will take legal actions against fraud cases.
Payment by ATM transfer does not place your purchase in priority. Chainless Brain will not confirm your purchase(s) until your payment has been confirmed. Payment via Internet Banking or Credit/Debit cards is highly recommended.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
