How do I place an order?
Click on an item to select it. Click "ADD TO CART" to add the item to your shopping cart.
Once you're done, click "PROCEED to CHECKOUT" or "My Cart" which is located on top of the page. You will be directed to payment and shipping details.
 
What payment methods do you accept?
 
 
SINGAPORE
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Internet-Banking / ATM transfer with DBS/POSB and UOB.
For ATM and iBanking transaction, payments have to be made within 24 hours after you have checked out from cart. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled. 
Should there be a need to increase payment timeframe please drop us an email.
For ATM users, please remember to retain a copy of the receipt for payment verification. 
 
INTERNATIONAL
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal transaction. 
Our name that appears on your bank statement is: PAYPAL*CHAINLESSBR 
 

What is Paypal?
PayPal is an e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. It is a safe, free, quick and easy way to pay. Click here to know more.
 
Do I need an account with Paypal in order to make a payment? 
No. After checkout and filling up your shipping details, you will be directed to Paypal to proceed with payment. You will required to enter your credit number on that page. Your credit card number and details will not be revealed to a third party, including Chainless Brain. Alternatively, if you have a Paypal account, you will be directed to log in your account and make a payment. 
 
 
Will my financial information be shared when I use Paypal to pay?
No. Your financial security is our and Paypal’s highest priority. Chainless Brain will not be able to access your bank account and credit card information. You are protected from any unauthorized payments made from your Paypal account. 
  
 
Will you pass my details on to any other companies?
No, we will not pass your details on to other companies. 
 
 
How can I subscribe for newsletter, updates and discounts?
Click here, you will find “JOIN OUR MAILING LIST” at the bottom right of the window. 
You will just need to enter your email address. More privileges are given to for those who are in our mailing list and Facebook page.

While most prices are generally consistent across the board, there may be some irregularities in pricing due to retail factors.
